Information for those registered:

Agenda:  A Tour of "Forest Biomass -- From the Ground Up!"

Transportation:  The departure point is the south gravel parking lot at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Corvallis.  From NW 53rd, turn at SW Reservoir Road.  The parking lot will be on the right.  Please plan to arrive at the departure point no later than 8:45 a.m.  All vans will depart this location at 9:00 a.m.   The vans are scheduled to return to this location by 4:00 p.m.

Lunch:  A variety of box lunches will be available, including vegetarian.  Sodas come with the lunch and bottled water will be available.   If you have special dietary needs, please let me know immediately, either by responding to this email, or by phoning 541-737-1591.

Appropriate clothing:  Please wear good field shoes and long pants, and be prepared for any kind of weather during the outdoor portions of the tour.  We will provide the hard hats, goggles, and safety vests to wear while visiting the mills. 

If your plans have changed and you are not able to participate in this event, no problem; please call 541-737-1591.  There is a small list of people on standby available who can fill the seat you vacate.
