David Primozich has served as Executive Director of the Willamette Partnership since its formation in 2004. With more than a decade of experience helping people make decisions about management and use of natural resources, David is helping shape emerging ecosystem markets to achieve better conservation results. Prior to working with the board to form the Willamette Partnership, he developed and implemented new approaches to engage private landowners in natural resource policy making; managed production of technical strategies to guide fish and wildlife conservation investment; and managed comprehensive planning for Parks and Open Space in one of the fastest growing counties in Oregon. David has earned undergraduate degrees in Applied Science Agriculture and Anthropology, and a master’s degree in Applied Anthropology. David is determined to make to make comprehensive conservation practical and profitable for private landowners.
